How do I RETURN/Exchange an item? - You may go to your local shipping store within 30 days of purchase to send your return/exchange to: Mountain Chalet Attention Returns 645 NW Enterprise Drive, Suite 107 Port Saint Lucie Florida 34986.

1.Repack the item in the original packing materials and box. Be sure to include your order # when sending items back.

2.Ship the package insured via U.S. Mail or UPS. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. Please be sure to save your tracking information.

3. Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

4. There is a 15% restocking fee on items over $100.00.
